About NGX

History

In 2008 a group of entrepreneurs founded National Guard Exchange (NGX) with the sole purpose of re-opening and managing the military stores of the National Guard of Puerto Rico. Since then, the NGX family has focused on providing the highest level of service and quality products for the lowest price.

NGX – San Juan, first opened its doors on the 31st led to the official re-opening of the military stores of the National Guard of Puerto Rico. To this day, NGX is present in over 10 different locations all over the island like Fort Allen - Juana Díaz, and Muñíz National Guard Air Force Base - Carolina. NGX – Carolina, functions as our main store and administrative headquarters. NGX – Juana Díaz and NGX – Gurabo, are part of our biggest locations and thus have the biggest amount of variety. NGX – Aguadilla, NGX – Arecibo, NGX – Vega Baja, are our medium-sized stores, and NGX – Cayey, NGX – Ceiba, NGX - Mayagüez, and NGX – San Juan are our smallest stores offering a personalized and concise store service. of October, 2008. At this moment, the NGX family consists of approximately 100 employees. Within this labor force we welcome and proudly support military personnel, veterans, and civilians. With the help of “Hiring our Heroes” job fairs and other other military support organizations NGX strives to have our family grow with the best for our beneficiaries.

Apart from offering our beneficiaries the best store experience, service, and prices, NGX concentrates on helping and contributing to the “Fideicomiso Institucional de la Guardia Nacional” (FIGNA), so that the puertorican military personnel can have the best service and support.
